Refund policy

At Makeup Muse, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged makeup and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.
